Mini old wooden stool
This mini stool is so smooth and neat! He does have a couple of nails in but he was originally constructed with mortise and tenon joints.
These mini stools take us back to the Former French Concession in Shanghai. On every street corner or lane house compound entrance we'd see people sat, having a chat or eating lunch.
The stools were so small I always wondered why they used them. One day I saw a guy put his in a bag with his lunch box and then on the back of his bike and it made sense. In your home they'd make a lovely plant stand or kids stool or kitchen stool even.
27cm long by 20cm high and 12.5cm depth to seat.
