We can take payments via all credit cards (including AMEX), paypal or bank transfer via FPS.
For now we are only able to offer shipping within HK. Once the global pandemic situation stop restricting international shipping we will be able to open this up.
We aim to dispatch your items within 3-5 working days. If for whatever reason it isn't possible we will contact you.
You may also arrange to collect your items free of charge. As we do not have a bricks and mortar store this needs to be specially arranged. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We try to recycle materials as much as possible. So if your box arrives and its not new and pretty it's because we are reusing. You will recognise our boxes thought for the pretty Chinoiserie tape.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we can refund the cost of the item (not shipping) so long as you return your purchase in perfect condition, with tags or labels and all packaging where applicable within 14 days.
If your item is faulty please get in touch with us immediately and we can sort out either a replacement or refund. Please note though that as nearly all our products are hand made they will not be perfect. The enamelware may have black spots from the stands during the firing process. The poufs may have marks or worn areas as they are made out of vintage rugs. Our ginger jars may have slight paint overlaps or gaps. All if this is because they were made by real people not machines. We hope that in buying handmade items you'll see these as character not flaws.
